5:14 pm	grouchy that's me.. i am not in a good mood for a reason that i don't need to say...it might be stupid, but it works.. i wish some one was here to talk, but maybe its good that i am alone.. i will just talk to eugene tomorrow when i see him.. i have dirt class in poughkeepsie so i'm going to sleepover his house. fun fun.. 8:27 pm	work was great today.. the weather is wonderful!!! so great, that mom and i went to the beach this evening.. it was like 90 and sunny!!! yay.. it's about time. i can't believe that my 3 best friends decided to hang out last night without me... how does that make me feel? i wonder if christine will call me before thursday cause dana told me that we were going out or something... i think that i am going out to dinner with my super boyfriend though.. call me anyway though. ummm... i got a beautiful email from eugene and i melted...he's great.. can't wait to see eugene on wednesday... 7:23 pm	great weekend!! :o) I had a wonderful weekend with super eugene.. he is the best ever. even though there wasn't any beach time.. we found some great things to do.. oooh.. we watched just married and kate and leopold.. they were both good movies.. you should see them. we definitely enjoyed ourselves. unfortunately i have got to go back to work tomorrow morning.. meaning i have to wake up at 5:45. ahhh.. that's yucky. well, i'm tired, so i'm gonna relax now. 4:30 pm	no beach.. i'm afraid that the weather this weekend will prevent eugene and i from going to the beach.. this makes me very sad cause it has rained like every single day this summer... argghh.. well, we will have to find something else to do then. any suggestions?? (Comment on this)

8:38 pm	fun fun my baby is soo fun and amazing.. for no reason, he stopped by tonight just to say hi!! it was cool. him and jay were off to mini golf in great barrington.. i don't know why they went there though.. it's like 2 hours from poughkeepsie and i don't think it's anything special.. but whatever, i enjoyed the visit.. my parents are out again tonight and i am just hanging out watching the yanks... getting tired already.. i am such a boring person.. haha.. i hate getting up at 5:45 every day cause i get real tired by 9 and i'm out like a light..well, work should be fine tomorrow and then before i know it, it's friday and eugene will be back home. i'm free wed and thurs night so someone should hang out with me from like 4-9 haha.. cause then i will need to come home and go to bed.. alright.. sleepy time (Comment on this)

7:53 pm	adventures... so tonight was our boating adventure.. and it definitely was an adventure.. lets see.. i got to drive!!! it was really exciting.. the hudson river is scary.. haha.. no, i did fine. last night was also interesting.. my dad is soooo weird.. while playing cards with him and my mom.. i realized where some of my strange tendencies came from.. haha. i think that next semester i am going to film him instead of my sandi bean.. of course, she did get me an A... well, nothing happened today at work really.. i just did a lot of math and all that.. only 4 more days this week.. then a whole weekend with eugene while my parents are in lake george... ;) (Comment on this)

12:53 pm	my baby's back!! I know.. it's been a while. but it's not my fault... my internet wasn't working so this is the first time i have been able to go online in like 5 days.. it was horrible.. so, my baby was over this weekend!!! :) i missed him soooo much. we spent the whole weekend together, but since today is father's day, he went home this morning to spend time with his daddy. mine is at work, so we aren't spending time together.. anyway, friday night eugene took me to dinner and a movie.. ohhh... how romantic!! dinner was yummy at anthony's in hudson and then we saw finding nemo! that was a great movie. eugene and i absolutely loved it!!! of course after the movie, a mysterious man arrived at my door... dad says it wasn't him. hmmmm.. who else could it have been?? then saturday eugene, christine, dana, and i went into hudson for the big flag day celebration!! woohoo.. it was soo much fun. too bad joshy couldn't come... well, once it was fireworks time.. 1 hour after we got there and did 10 laps around the carnival. (thanks to dana.. haha) well, we bonded quite a bit let me tell you...the four of us held eachother for the 30 minutes of fireworks and it was nice.. we were a foursome.. haha.. it's passionate i tell you.. i realized last night that my 2 best friends enjoy calling out my boyfriends name.. eugeeeeenee they said multiple times and have decided to do that in the bedroom.. but that will be strange since they don't have a boyfriend named eugene.. oh yeah, dana likes to be on top because she gets tired.. lol. fun times last night i tell you.. ok.. my baby is so dark.. that florida sun must've been nice to him. i'm jealous. hmmm.. he brought me back this cute dolphin thing which i like a lot.. and a single red rose and my favorite.... gummi worms!!! however, i wasn't really excited about his gifts because my aunt nancy sent me 3 orange construction t-shirts for work and i got my new dolphin credit card in the mail, which i used today... so..that's about it.. i can't wait for next weekend.. my parents are off to lake george and eugene and i have the house to ourselves... 6:46 pm	baby comes over friday... work is going well... my friends here at home are super cool... and i went to the yankees game last night!! what a life i have.. lol. anyway, last night dad and i went to the yankees and we had killer seats. we sat right behind home plate in the mvp championship seats. :) that was cool.. however, it was like $300 total so that sucked... well, maybe not since i didn't have to pay.. haha. so, dana and i are super runners. haha. we tried on monday and we should be running tomorrow night too.. i haven't talked to her so tonight is probably out of the picture. oh, sorry i didn't call you last night dana.. work is cool.. i got to do some real work today.. it was fun.. i think christine and dana are going to see finding nemo with eugene and i on friday... and wow.. friday he will finally be home.. i smile every time i think about that. i got an email from eugene and he says that he bought me something from florida and he has a surprise for me... :) :) can't wait to see my baby on friday!! 7:11 pm	so.. i quit jack's on sunday... he was soooo pissed, but whatever. i've been there for 4 years so i think that i should be able to tell him when i have had enough.. and let me tell you, i had enough. i don't need 2 jobs.. the extra cash from jack's is not truly needed. it was nice, but whatever.. no more philmont!!! anyway, dana and i have decided to start running.. hmm. i wonder how long i will make it.. lol. i haven't run in soo long. i think if i make 1 mile, it will be cool.. we'll see.. only 4 days and my baby will be here! :o) (Comment on this)

3:45 pm	love you I love you joshy!!!! haha.. this is all for you. last night christine and I went to josh's house to watch "soldier's girl" and it was so much fun. his room is super cool. there are like 50 naked boys on his wall, and they are soooo hot!!! yeah.. we were all in heaven. haha.. like always, christine and i were a little late, but whatever. soldier's girl was a great movie. i'm really glad that josh invited us over to watch it. and the cool thing is, we have plans for next week too! next saturday is the flag day celebration in hudson, so christine, josh, and i are going for sure!! it will be just like last year. :). oh, my super bf will be there too, but we don't want to talk about him. lol. i talked to dana too and i think that she might want to come as well. we are going to have a great summer together... maybe dana will actually want to hang out with us now... i think she was too cool before though. haha. oh, today was horrible.. I HATE JACK'S and i can't wait to be done with the supermarket. i think that i will tell jack that tomorrow is my last day. i really do not want to work 9-3 tomorrow.. but i think that i will survive.. i will be some tired friday though, since that will be my 12th day in a row of work. yuck! anyway, I hope you enjoyed that sweet pea.. later! 5:41 pm	I got a postcard from my baby today!!! :o) It was two dolphins kissing and it was sooooooo cute!! i love my little eugene.. he's super and I get to see him in 1 week.. that's only 7 days! he should call me tonight before i go over to joshy's.. that would be great. so, yeah.. christine and i are going to josh's tonight to watch a movie and hang out.. it should be great!! well, the week is finally over and thankfully i made it through the week. it was long.. but good. so much excitement. anyway.. working at jack's tomorrow.. come visit me. 6:53 pm	fun stuff So.. work was sooo cool today. I was in charge and it was great. I just did my job, but really had no one to guide me so it was interesting and all. I would explain, but I don't think that you would follow. haha.. I got a letter in the mail today from dana.. I was real excited, I never get mail. It was a little odd though, considering she could have given it to me at work on saturday, but it was still cool.. you should all send me mail.. that would be awesome!! hmm.. still missing eugene, but I get to see him next week and that's cool. oh yeah, tomorrow I see that the weather should be 80 and sunny!!!!!!!!!! that's better than florida in my mind.. haha. whatever though. I think christine and josh are coming over tomorrow night to watch a movie so I'm looking forward to that. oh, and then working at jack's 9-3 on sat.. come visit me!! well, that's all the excitement I guess. on top of all that actually, I have begun to like all of my construction guys and work is great! they all talk to me and I just find them to be nice and all that. maybe they are just talking to me because I am the only female on the job.. lol. ha.. whatever.. you should be jealous because my job is wonderful and I make good money.. haha.. miss you rpi kids.. especially my aphi's... talk to you and see you all soon though. 8:26 pm	in charge?? Yes.. Nikki is defintely in charge of work tomorrow!! isn't that scary? haha. oh, but I am very well prepared to handle all of the concrete pour tomorrow.. All 10 hours of it!! My boss, Tom, is out on personal leave so I will be in charge of operations at work.. Plus, I will most likely get at least 2 hours of overtime.. but I will be some tired tomorrow night if I don't get out of work til 6 or so.. AHHHHH. Sooooo tired already.. Oh well.. I miss eugene.. someome make him come home early. 9 more days is toooo much. the good thing is though, I saw on the weather channel that he was getting rain and storms tonight.. hahahahah ..so much for your beautiful weather. lol. that's ok though. I hope he is enjoying his nice weather. I don't really mind that it has rained and been chilly but I definitely can't wait til we get like 25 days in a row of 90's or something. well, that's enough. let me know if you think that my life is interesting cause I think that reading this journal might be really boring for you. haha. 6:34 pm	8 months!!! :o) so... today is mine and eugene's celebration of 8 wonderful months together!! Isn't that amazing?? I just wish that he were here to share this excitement with me.. oh well. Happy 8 months baby! I can't wait to see you next friday... anyway, work was cool today. a lot of excitement going on there as well. I did some more learning and that's always fun... well, tomorrow we are off to poughkeepsie for some concrete testing so.. that should be a blast as well!!! ok, I'm gonna go play yahtzee with my mom and then talk to my sweetie on the phone.. fun fun. :o) (Comment on this)

10:39 am	yesterday was quite the good time at jack's let me tell you... I think that I forgot how uncool the philmont people are. No one remembered who I was even though I have worked there for 4 years!! I think that's ok though. I don't need them to know who I am. Yeah, so yesterday was actually my 4 year anniversary of working there! hooray.. I can't believe I have put up with it for sooooo long. So, has your mom ever called you while shopping to remind you what was on your shopping list? ummmm.. well, if not you are missing out. lol. this woman called the market and wanted me to tell her scuzzy children to buy the buy one-get one free donuts... and make sure that they are both cinnamon. of course, these boys didn't listen to me, but whatever..enough about jack's... my baby called last night when I got home from the mall and it was wonderful!!! we talked for a very long time and he misses me.. awwww.. isn't that cute? I miss him too.. a whole lot. but I will see him in 12 days.. and tomorrow is our 8 months so he said that he was gonna call at 9 tomorrow night too, so yay for super cool eugene!! oh, the mall was fun yesterday too.. I bought new work jeans!! how exciting... ok, I'm gonna go stimulate my brain by reading for a few hours.. (Comment on this)

7:43 pm	construction guys are scary... so.. it has definitely been an interesting 2 days at my construction job.. a.k.a state worker who inspects the construction workers. I really enjoy my job, but the construction guys are for sure a different breed of people.. haha. they are very nice, but dirty.. lol. whatever.. i am having a great time.. today was concrete day. we poured concrete for about 3 hours and I learned how to take a concrete test and I did a lot of engineering paperwork this afternoon.. I really do like my job. it's super fun and all the guys want to talk to me and they seem cool so I know that this summer will be wonderful.. especially when my baby returns home from beautiful florida. and I have to thank him for letting me know how nice it was on the phone last night.. oh yeah, it's still raining here and the high is only like 70 so.. whatever eugene.. you should be jealous of this. hahaha.. well, gotta rest up for my big day at jack's.. first time since winter break. i'm scared. what if philmont people aren't cool anymore? hahahahahha.. that's right. they were never cool. yeah, i'm looking forward to it... 5:40 pm	work is fun... So, today was great!! I really enjoyed my first day of work. I went down to Poughkeepsie to fill out some papers and after that I received my field assignment.. I am working in Chatham.. that means only 15 minutes from my house as opposed to what I had planned on being at least an hour drive each way..Yay.. I'm so glad that I will be close to home. I will be working 5 days a week, 7-3:30.. So, not bad at all.. :) I'm happy cause now I have money and something to do. Oh yeah, I get paid mileage too so that's definitely a plus.. what a great day this has been... and my baby's going to call tonight so I don't think it could get better.. however, I did realize that construction workers are really scary and I never want to be as close to them as I was today... and I wasn't even within 10 feet of them. lol. it was just scary. well, gotta wait by the phone now.. haha. 5:44 pm	I miss my baby... Eugene left for florida today... I'm soooooo sad. How can I survive 2 more weeks without him? Well, he did say that he would call tomorrow night, so I think that I will be fine.. Oh, and my other baby has returned home. Only 1 week and $539 later and my wonderful car is running beautifully!! :o) So, I start my new job tomorrow.. my "real" job.. much more sophisticated then jack's. haha.. I hope I don't get fired on the first day.. hopefully all goes well.. Oh, I also determined that the yankees don't suck as much as I thought they did, cause they won last night and now they are only 1.5 games behind the red sox!! woohoo. well... we'll see how they do tonight against that stupid boston team... 5:24 pm	hmmm. it has been an exciting week already. i have determined that the yankees do suck because they have lost 5 in a row and 8 of their last 10.. this is nooooo good. however, on the bright side, my car runs again!! i am supposed to bring it home tomorrow so i can drive myself to work on thursday in my own car! that would be great. also, some more good news... my baby loves me so much that he told me that he loves me more than life itself.. he's the best and even though i am jealous that he is going to florida tomorrow, i will be fine and hold nothing against him. so, no plans for tonight except i will probably watch the yanks lose again... but it was an eventful day at least. i woke up early, like usual, and went to work with my dad. i scrubbed his boat for hours this morning but it was actually fun, i got to talk to my baby, i went to the kubota store, did my yoga so i can lose some of this unwanted weight, and i even went to walmart where christine claims to have seen me. of course, she says that she saw me when she was watching random children in the price chopper parking lot for $5. she's weird.. but that's why she's my best friend in the whole world!! maybe we will hang out tomorrow after i get my car back, but who knows... whatever.. dinner time.. later all.
